Dr. Yan Moore is a physician leader with 26 years of experience across oncology, immunology, rare disease, translational medicine, and global product development. He has led corporate strategy, portfolio prioritization, cross-functional organizations, and clinical, regulatory, partnership, and commercialization efforts, translating platform science into enterprise value and patient impact. Prior to Allterum, Dr. Moore served as CMO of Omega Therapeutics and SVP, Global Head of Oncology at Ipsen, with prior roles at Sanofi, GSK, BMS, and emerging biotechs. He holds BSc and MD degrees from Tel Aviv University’s Sackler School of Medicine, an MBA from Drexel University, and completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and London Business School.

Atul Varadhachary, MD, PhD, serves as a member of the Board of Directors and President R&D for Allterum Therapeutics. He served as CEO for Allterum from July 2018 to December 2024. In addition to his role at Allterum, Atul has served as the Managing Partner at Fannin since 2013. Dr. Varadhachary is an experienced biotech entrepreneur who has helped lead over a dozen development programs in oncology, including seven in clinic with one progressing to Phase 3 clinical trial.

He is a Pediatric Hematologist-Oncologist with a 20 year academic career spanning basic cell and molecular biology to clinical investigation. In his more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Breitfeld has leadership positions in biotech, traditional pharma, and contract research organizations.

Dr. Schaumberg has more than 30 years of drug development expertise, including experience with global pharmaceutical organizations, biotechnology companies and clinical research organizations. His past roles include Vice President level positions in Biotech as Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations of Agennix AG as well as Vice President level positions in the clinical research organizations PRA International and Inveresk. Jack also serves as Head of Clinical Operations for Pulmotect, Inc.

Shibani Kudchadkar, MD, Associate Medical Director, Clinical Development & Operations. Shibani is a Certified Clinical Research Professional (ACRP-CP) with 5+ years of experience in clinical research, specializing in clinical operations, clinical development, trial management, and cross-functional leadership. Her experience spans Phase 1-3 trials across oncology and rare disease. Dr. Kudchadkar specializes in driving end-to-end trial execution, strengthening operational strategy, and building efficient, inspection-ready clinical systems for global studies. She brings expertise in study start-up, cross-functional team leadership, vendor oversight, and quality governance, focusing on improving speed, consistency, and executional excellence in clinical research. Shibani is known for translating development strategy into practical, scalable operational delivery that supports high-quality clinical outcomes.

Michael J. Heffernan, PhD, PE, is a technical operations and quality leader with experience advancing biologics programs from early development into the clinic. As Head of Technical Operations, Mike focuses on CMC strategy, manufacturing, and analytical development, and has supported GMP production and release of clinical-stage material through external partners while operating within established quality systems. As Head of Quality, Mike is building out Allterum’s quality management system to support clinical-stage execution.In addition to his technical and quality roles, Dr. Heffernan contributes to broader company operations, including intellectual property strategy and patent prosecution support, review and negotiation of external agreements, financial planning, and grants management and reporting. He also supports risk assessment and cross-functional planning to help guide program execution. Mike is known for integrating technical, operational, and business considerations to drive progress and position assets for key clinical and strategic milestones.

Ross Clary, Director of Investor Relations. A 20-year financial services entrepreneur, Ross has represented both investors and allocators alike from multibillion-dollar pension plans to family offices. A graduate of Texas A&M, Ross is a 6th generation Texan who resides outside of Houston with his wife and three children. Ross also serves as a Senior Advisor to and is exclusively engaged by Fannin affiliate Fannin Direct Holdings to develop and manage the Fannin Direct investor network.

Stephanie Vega, PhD, is a Senior R&D Manager, Nonclinical Development, at Allterum. Dr. Vega has over 10 years of experience working in biomedical research with a focus on cell biology, immunology, and microbiology. She leads and manages the preclinical studies of novel Raptamer-mediated therapeutic and diagnostic technologies for oncology, autoimmune diseases and infectious diseases. She manages the CD127-targeting Raptamer Drug Conjugates (RapDCs) in Allterum’s developmental pipeline.

Brian Wipke, PhD, Vice President, Research & Development. Brian has over 25 years of experience in the fields of immunology and biopharmaceutical research, working in disease areas of autoimmunity, neuroinflammation, and neuroimmunology, and has led numerous projects from discovery to IND filing. Prior to joining Allterum, Dr. Wipke served as VP of Biology at Manifold Biotechnologies, where he oversaw new target selection and pipeline development in collaboration with senior leadership. Brian co-founded the Autoimmunity and Inflammatory Diseases therapeutic group at Moderna, was a group leader in Neuroimmunology and Acute Neurology at Biogen, and contributed to scientific and strategic licensing efforts at Elan, Biogen, Moderna, and Manifold Bio.

Leo Linbeck IV serves as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer at Aquinas Companies and its consolidating subsidiaries. In this role, he leads the organization's financial operations and strategic initiatives across a portfolio of operating companies spanning construction, real estate, and life sciences. His responsibilities include corporate finance – with a focus on capital allocation and profitability optimization – treasury, risk management, and tax planning.With nearly a decade of experience in finance, Leo has developed expertise across several industries, including construction, commercial real estate, life sciences, and financial services.Before joining Aquinas, Leo spent four years at Capital One, including two years in the prestigious Analyst Development Program, where he held roles across Originations, Risk Management, and Pre-Approval lines of business. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, Leo holds a BA in both Economics and English from the University of Notre Dame, an MS in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, and an MS in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas.Leo lives in Houston with his wife, Elizabeth, and their sons, Leo V and Frederick Wolfgang. In addition to his role as CFO at Aquinas, Leo serves on the board of Houston Classical Charter School.

Leo Linbeck III,

Leo Linbeck III is a husband and father of five. He is also the CEO of Aquinas Companies, LLC, which operates several businesses, including construction, real estate, and life sciences with combined revenues in excess of $500 million. Aquinas is wholly owned by two public charities. Leo is a Lecturer in Management at Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he has taught an MBA elective on family business and enduring enterprises. He was previously was an Adjunct Professor of Management at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business where he was a 2-time winner of the Alumni Teaching Award. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with degrees in Civil Engineering and Program of Liberal Studies (Great Books). He also has a Master’s Degree in structural engineering at the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was Ford Scholar (valedictorian) and winner of the Arbuckle Award. Over the past 20 years, Leo has been actively involved in education reform, and serves as board chairman of two education non-profits, Families Empowered, a non-profit that assists families in their efforts to find the best school for their children, and Seton Education Partners, a Catholic operator of charter and voucher schools in New York, Ohio, and Texas.
